Tiger Woods is gearing up to make his return to the golf alongside his 15-year-old son, Charlie

Tiger Woods is gearing up to make his return to the golf course, reports The Sun. After a long absence since July, the legendary golfer is set to compete in the PNC Championship alongside his 15-year-old son, Charlie.

This won’t be the first time the father-son duo competes at the PNC Championship. They first participated in 2020 and have made it a yearly tradition ever since. Their best finish came in 2021 when they secured second place.

Woods’ extended hiatus from the sport was due to persistent injuries. In September, he underwent back surgery, marking his sixth procedure in the past decade.

Earlier in 2024, Woods participated in five tournaments, placing 60th at the Masters but failing to qualify for the other three majors.

Woods remains one of golf’s greatest legends, with 15 major titles to his name—second only to record-holder Jack Nicklaus, who boasts 18 major victories.
