The Saints currently own the No.9 overall pick with various avenues that they could take. Jordan Reid of ESPN had them select Arizona wideout Tetairoa McMillan in his recent mock draft.
As Reid said, the Saints lack playmakers outside of Olave, so adding a top-tier weapon in the draft would make sense. Whoever is under center for New Orleans in 2025 would have a formidable duo to throw to in this case, as McMillan is one of the draft’s top pass catchers. He caught 84 passes for 1,319 yards and eight touchdowns for the Wildcats in 2024, bringing his career total to 26 trips to the endzone over three seasons. He’d be a perfect complement to Olave for years to come.
