Prince William is “shocked” and “saddened” by the death of someone he knew in the New Orleans attack on New Year’s Day.
A 42-year-old U.S. citizen drove a white truck onto a crowded Bourbon Street early on New Year’s Day. The man, who has since been identified by authorities, killed 14 people and injured dozens of others. He was ultimately shot and killed by police after he opened fire on authorities.
