The Kentucky alum got the chance to play up front as the starting QB, and that’s why the Titans were hoping to find their long-term answer in him. But Will just couldn’t. Now that we are done with the Super Bowl, the upcoming draft and other offseason shenanigans are keeping us hooked to the league. Recently, Trevor dropped by The Rich Eisen Show. The duo had a long chat about the NFL Draft. Giving his two cents on the Titans’ QB situation, Trevor said, “I wouldn’t be somebody who’s giving up on Will Levis as a player, but unfortunately, it doesn’t really feel feasible for this team… It feels very difficult to sell to this fan base.”
Will had his shot, but he could only rack up 2,091 yards with just 13 TDs. On top of that, he threw 12 interceptions in his 12 games so far. The Titans also benched him in two games, adding to the disappointment. “It’s hard to think that his time as a starter with the Titans isn’t over, given the fact that he had every bit of opportunity to become that starter moving forward for them. And so I feel as though Levis is going to get a chance at some point somewhere else in the NFL,” added Trevor.
