
Arsenal got their pre-season campaign underway with a clash against the Cherries at the Dignity Health Sports Park.
In a low-tempo first half the Gunners took the lead courtesy of Fabio Vieira’s superb volley. They headed into the second half having made just one change which saw Martin Odegaard replace Salah-Eddine Oulad M’Hand.
Bournemouth were able to leval after substitute Omar Rekik lost the ball in midfield to allow Antoine Semenyo to drive forward and deflect a shot off Ben White over Karl Hein.
