Hermoso, who became a free agent following the expiration of his contract with Atletico Madrid in June, featured 31 times in La Liga last season, keeping 10 clean sheets. Playing a key role in Diego Simeone’s side, he helped Los Colchoneros finish fourth and secure Champions League qualification.
