Lewis Hamilton fans have spotted potential signs of a huge 2025 reunion at Ferrari.
As the British Formula 1 driver aims for his eighth world championship title, rumors have spread about a possible reunion with a former key colleague, Angela Cullen.
Hamilton, who recently celebrated his 40th birthday with a skiing holiday, has joined Ferrari for 2025 on a multi-year contract.
Having spent over a decade with Mercedes, the seven-time champion’s move to Ferrari is a big transition in his career. After dominating the track with Mercedes for twelve years, Hamilton’s transition to Ferrari aligns with his desire to contribute to the legacy of the iconic Italian team.
Angela Cullen, a former physiotherapist and close confidant to Hamilton, played a vital role during his triumphs at Mercedes. A valued member of Hamilton’s support team, Cullen worked closely with the driver from 2016 to 2023, teaming up with him for four of his seven world titles.
In that time, Hamilton often praised Cullen’s presence and influence in his life with various remarks on her dedication and positivity. He commented after they decided to part ways:
“People for sure won’t understand it, naturally, because they see it from a distance, but she has been one of the greatest things that’s happened to me in my life.
“I’ve been fortunate to work with a lot of people… and she’s the single hardest-working woman that I get to be around.
“She’s focused, selfless, and she makes my weekends peaceful. Every day I wake up, whatever time it is, she’s just positive – never a single day has she been negative, so that’s very, very important.
“I think it’s important in life to put positive people around you. You can’t be going around with deadweights, you can’t be going around with people who don’t inspire you to be better and lift you up when you’re down. You need to be around people who can do that for you, and she’s one of them.”
Currently, Cullen has been working in IndyCar alongside fellow New Zealander Marcus Armstrong. Despite her current engagement, recent social media posts have fueled speculation about her return.
Cullen shared a photo on the ski slopes wearing a Ferrari red coat which looks to be the same holiday which Hamilton was on at the same time.
