Dani Olmo has talked up a possible return to Barcelona amid speculation the Catalans could try to sign him this summer.
The 26-year-old says a move could happen this summer but insisted he’s focused on Euro 2024 with Spain right now.
“In the end it is something that must be contemplated. In this sense, I am calm, I will give my best in the national team and this is where we are,” he told Diario Sport.
“We’ll see, in the end, there are options that can occur. I’m calm, I’m focused on the Euro Cup and we’ll see what happens.”
Olmo also said his future will be decided before the final of Euro 2024 which is due to take place on July 14.
“I can say that it will be known before this date. I am calm, focused on the national team, on playing, contributing and that’s it,” he added.
The RB Leipzig star is one of several options for Barca’s left side, according to the rumor mill, with Liverpool’s Luis Diaz and Nico Williams also targets.
