The Boston Bruins have announced that top prospect Fabian Lysell has been re-assigned to their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Providence Bruins.
Lysell, 21, was recalled on Saturday (Dec. 28) before the club’s contest against the Columbus Blue Jackets. He made his NHL debut against Columbus, where he had a plus-1 rating in 11:32 of ice time. However, he is now heading right back to Providence.
Lysell has appeared in 26 contests this season with Providence, where he has five goals and 17 points. He also has seven points in his last six games with the AHL squad.
