The Cleveland Browns certainly have their fair share of questions this offseason, but none are bigger than the quarterback position and what they will do. They could go the veteran route and acquire someone like Kirk Cousins or Sam Darnold, or they can add one through the draft.
Whatever they decide to do, it’s clear to not just the fans, but also the players, that they need a new quarterback. Pro Bowl cornerback Denzel Ward told TMZ that he thinks the Browns need to address quarterback in the offseason.
The Browns have dealt with horrendous quarterback play over the last year, starting the likes of Jameis Winston, Dorian Thompson-Robinson, and Bailey Zappe on top of getting historically poor play from Deshaun Watson. They’ll have their options this offseason, and they need to get it right.
