Arsenal star involved in training ground bust-up with teammate

Arsenal defender Jurrien Timber was involved in a heated training ground altercation with his Netherlands teammate Wout Weghorst on Sunday. Reports from Dutch media suggest the clash occurred after a controversial foul during a practice game went uncalled, sparking tensions between the two players.

The incident unfolded during a session led by Netherlands head coach Ronald Koeman, which was organized for the substitutes and reserves a day after their 5-2 Nations League victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina. Both Timber and Weghorst had featured as second-half substitutes in that match.

As tempers flared, Koeman reportedly stepped in to prevent the situation from escalating further. A frustrated Weghorst threw off his training shirt and walked off visibly annoyed, with video footage of the incident circulating on Dutch news outlets.
