Arsenal are now planning their move for ‘extraordinary’ striker with a shortlist of six players identified. – Report…

Arsenal is already strategizing for their summer acquisition of a new striker, even though the transfer window has just closed.

Arsenal’s recruitment team is actively pursuing the best options available as Arsenal aims to strengthen their squad with a top-tier forward.

The Gunners have made a strong start to the current season, but there are still areas that require attention in the transfer market.

During the summer, Arsenal successfully added four new players to enhance Mikel Arteta’s squad, although two of these signings occurred in the final moments of the window.

While Riccardo Calafiori and Mikel Merino were primary targets, late opportunities arose with Neto and Raheem Sterling.

However, the forward position remained unchanged, as no new strikers were brought to north London over the summer.

It appears that Edu Gaspar is already laying the groundwork for Arsenal to pursue a new number nine in the upcoming months.

The club had previously shown interest in several strikers during the summer, including Benjamin Sesko, but those efforts did not materialize.

Another target was Napoli’s Victor Osimhen, who has since been loaned to Galatasaray after a failed move to Saudi Arabia.

Despite the summer transfer window closing, Arsenal continues to monitor potential targets.

According to TeamTalk, the club is now focusing on Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic for next summer.

Reports suggest that Arsenal has created a six-man shortlist that includes Viktor Gyokeres, Jonathan David, Benjamin Sesko, and Marcus Thuram.

There is a prevailing belief within the club that Vlahovic’s situation could mirror that of Federico Chiesa, as the striker approaches the final year of his contract next summer.

If Vlahovic becomes available at a reduced price, Arsenal is poised to capitalize on the opportunity.

Arsenal may have the opportunity to acquire the ‘extraordinary’ striker Dusan Vlahovic.

Vlahovic demonstrated his talent last season in Serie A, where he scored 16 goals and provided three assists.

The Serbian forward has previously been described as ‘extraordinary’ following his transfer to Juventus from Fiorentina.

While Kai Havertz delivered a comparable performance last season, there is a belief that Vlahovic could offer a more direct attacking option for Mikel Arteta.

It remains to be seen, however, if the Serbian would be interested in the possibility of moving to the Premier League.
