Arsenal are facing the start of the new Premier League season without four senior players.
Fabio Vieira is a doubt to face Wolves although there are fresh hopes that Jurrien Timber will be fit.
Certainly out are Takehiro Tomiyasu and Kieran Tierney, the latter now back in north London after a loan spell away.

Jurrien Timber
Timber missed almost the entirety of last season after a sustaining a serious knee injury on his debut.
While the Dutchman made something of a comeback towards the end of the campaign, a slight foot injury disrupted some of his pre-season.
On Wednesday, Timber returned to training with a view to playing on the weekend.
“It is fine,” Mikel Arteta said. “He’s been doing some individual work, that’s clear now and we expect him to be ready to train with the group in the next week because he has no reaction. Very positive.”
Potential return date: August 17, vs Wolves
Fabio Vieira
Vieira was another who struggled with injury last season, missing 20 games in total.
The midfielder also sat out the win over Lyon in the Emirates Cup on Sunday through what reports describe as a “minor hip injury”.
Potential return date: August 2024
Takehiro Tomiyasu
The Japan international missed 13 games last season and Arteta confirmed after the win over Lyon on Sunday that the defender was expected to miss a few weeks of action.
“I think it will take weeks on that one, unfortunately, and poor Tomi because of everything that he does,” added the Gunners boss.
“But he’s going to have to be patient and work through it because I think it’s going to take a few weeks.”
