There are just a few weeks left of the 2024/25 summer transfer window as teams, including Arsenal, look to conclude their business. On the pitch, eyes will now be firmly on Saturday’s Premier League opener when the Gunners take on Wolves at the Emirates Stadium.
In terms of transfers, Arsenal have completed three incomings so far with David Raya, Riccardo Calafiori and Tommy Setford all sealing moves to the Emirates Stadium. Mikel Arteta’s side are looking to continue to add to the squad before the window closes later this month.
The club are working on a deal for Real Sociedad midfielder Mikel Merino. They have also been linked with an interest in Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyokeres who has impressed in his first season in Portugal after making the move from Coventry City.
It’s not just incomings where Arsenal will be looking to complete business. Several players could also leave before the end of the window, including Eddie Nketiah and Reiss Nelson among others.
