Arsenal have had a quiet summer transfer window so far. The Gunners have made just two first-team additions but are hopeful of getting more business done before the end of the month.
David Raya made his loan move permanent in a £27million switch from Brentford, while Riccardo Calafiori has joined from Bologna for around £42m. Tommy Setford has also signed from Ajax for £1m, but he is expected to be used in the Under 21s this season.
As for those heading out of the exit doors, Emile Smith Rowe has joined Fulham in a deal worth around £27m plus £7m in add-ons. The 24-year-old has scored in each of his first two appearances for the Cottagers.
The Gunners are expected to sign more players before the window slams shut, meanwhile. A couple of new bodies are set to arrive, with Mikel Arteta targeting a new midfielder and another forward. Elsewhere, there could be more players leaving the club.
