Martin Odegaard has said that Arsenal have a strong squad, even without any additions over the summer.
The Gunners had a wonderful season last year and almost pipped Manchester City for that Premier League title – only to faulter at the final hurdle and let the Manchester giants walks away with another title.
There has been so much speculation and rumours about the possible signings for ARSENAL this summer – but despite all the rumours and all the speculation – there has not been as much activity as many fans had hoped for.
However – Odegaard has said that Arsenal have a strong squad, even without any additions over the summer, with the midfielder not too worried about the transfer activity the club do over the next few weeks.
“I’m really, really happy with the squad we have,” he said at Arsenal’s pre-season training camp in Marbella. “We have unbelievable quality in the squad, and I think we showed what we’re capable of, especially as I said, in the last part of the season how well we played.
“We made history and all those things. So I’m really pleased with the squad, and we have unbelievable qualities, so I’m not too worried about that. I think that’s down to Mikel, down to Edu and the club. I’m really happy with the squad, unbelievable quality and a joy to be a part of this group.”

ARSENAL do have a very good and exciting squad – but they need to add some depth in key areas of the pitch because that could cost them in the coming season – last season they didnt have to worry about injuries too much – this season they might.
