This week, Semih Kılıçsoy’s agent confirmed Arsenal’s interest in the player.
The Gunners’ chase had already been reported by the Turkish media this year, and it was now made clear that there’s a hunt for the 18-year-old.
Today, it’s Aksam who feature a story on Kılıçsoy’s future, claiming it’s not only Arsenal who are willing to take him to the Premier League.
It’s said that besides the Gunners, the likes of Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United are also ‘closely following’ his situation.
Aksam writes that the interested parties expect to meet Besiktas and make official proposals, but only after the player takes part in Euro 2024.
The Turkish side set an initial valuation of €25m, but the pause button has been pressed. The teenager is also focused on the competition and doesn’t want to hear about a move before that.
With Arsenal involved in this big fight for the youngster, it seems the Gunners will need to put up a considerable effort to beat the English competition.
