Mikel Arteta and Edu will be hoping for yet another successful summer transfer window ahead of the 2024/25 season. The Gunners spent big 12 months ago to sign welcome Declan Rice, Jurrien Timber, Kai Havertz and David Raya with Granit Xhaka and Folarin Balogun among those to depart.
Just a few months later though, Arsenal endured a very quiet January transfer window with profit and sustainability concerns very prominent. Further prize money being acquired though has seen Arsenal given a financial boost with new signings expected over the coming months.
Despite that, Arteta was rather brutal in his most recent transfer admission where he appeared to not rule out another trading period of no activity. “[We] look again,” Arteta told CNN when asked about transfers.
“All the margins, squad-wise, the process that we have at the football club, our methodology, especially on how we can make our players better, more competitive, more consistent and cause them to raise the level and be better than the previous season
“I think our focus has to be with what we have already in house. How can we be better? There are margins and there are players that can still develop and be better and that’s the objective that we have.” Despite his admission, the likes of Reiss Nelson, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Aaron Ramsdale have all been linked to exits.
With that being said, football.london has pulled together Arsenal’s confirmed transfers, both in and out, thus far.
