Lamar Jackson is refusing to properly enjoy the excellent end to the AFC North season that the BaltimoreThe quarterback’s side won the division with a 12-5 record and have been putting in the sorts of performances that would strike fear into even the very best, but Jackson has got other things on his mind beyond celebrating.
The Week 18 game against the Cleveland Browns was a massive 35-10 victory for the Ravens but Jackson was notably calm amid the celebrations and revealed to reporters that his mind is elsewhere.
“I’m focused on the wild card game, I’m not going to lie to you. I’m cool with what’s going on today, but my mind is on something else,” he said to reporters.
The Ravens have their wild card game next weekend and it will be against either the Steelers or the Chargers, whoever ends up with more wins.
Many people think that Jackson has more on his mind than just the wild card game, as there is every chance that this so-far successful season will land him a move to a bigger franchise with more wages in the near future.
