The player in question is Nathan Butler-Oyedeji and, according to Schneider, Borussia Monchengladbach are in talks with the 21-year-old.
Schneider says talks between Butler-Oyedeji and Gladbach have been taking place since last week, and they’ve offered him first-team football from the off.
Butler-Oyedeji has has a superb start to the season, with five goals and two assists from just five Premier League 2 outings.
However, with his contract reportedly expiring in February, he’s only got a few months to secure his future, whether it be with Arsenal or with another club.
Butler-Oyedeji turns 22 in January and he’s yet to make his competitive Gunners debut. With that in mind, it suggests his future lies elsewhere.
