Arsenal are reportedly gearing up for a busy summer transfer window, with a potential bid for striker Victor Osimhen after he was excluded from Napoli’s latest pre-season friendly squad.
The Gunners are said to be finalising a deal for Italian defender Riccardo Calafiori, which is expected to be announced early this week. This signing is just the beginning, as Arsenal plans to make three more additions to bolster the squad.
Among the priorities for manager Mikel Arteta is strengthening the midfield and securing a new forward. Initially, Nico Williams was Arsenal’s top target, but the Spaniard appears to be leaning towards a move to either Barcelona or Paris Saint-Germain.
